Meet Nikki

With over 16 years experience as a personal trainer and a background in competitive fitness, Nikki brings a depth of knowledge to women’s strength training with an approach rooted in the science of movement and training, because she believes women deserve to understand the why behind their results, not just follow a programme that works for someone else.
